The Only 7-Day Jeju Island Itinerary You Need (No Burnout – Beaches, Mountains & Korean Food)

Aloha, my wave-riding, mountain-hiking, black-pork-barbecuing friends! It’s your Silly Travel Guru, currently imagining myself floating in clear Jeju water while looking at Hallasan in the distance.

This 7-day Jeju Island itinerary is built for real humans who want the best of Jeju without running themselves ragged. Late June / early July is one of the smartest times — warm seas, lush green landscapes, and fewer crowds than peak summer.

Day 1-2: Arrival & East Jeju Exploration

Recommended Base: Seogwipo or Jungmun area (central and convenient)

  • Day 1: Arrival & Easy Beach Day Fly into Jeju International Airport. Transfer to your resort and immediately unwind. Spend the afternoon at a nearby beach like Hyeopjae or Hamdeok. Sunset dinner with fresh seafood.

  • Day 2: Seongsan Ilchulbong & East Coast Early morning visit to Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak) — a UNESCO site with stunning crater views. Afternoon: Relax at a black sand beach or visit Jeongbang Waterfall.
