The low humidity point for clear photos in December is spot on. I visited the Peak twice, once in summer and once in late fall, and the diffrence in visibility was wild. The blue-hour timing combined with the cooler temperature makes winter visits way more enjoyable than battling the crowds and mugginess. Also solid call on the dim sum options up there, nothing beats comfort food with that view.
